Outdoor Performers

Fee: £1200 (inclusive of travel)

Deadline for applications: 5pm, Friday 15th July 2022

Fluid Motion Theatre Company are seeking two dynamic and engaging professional outdoor performers to join the company in developing our brand new outdoor show ‘The Nest’ (working title) that will preview at our All in the Mind Festival in 2022.

Following the hugely successful national tour of our performance installation ‘Take Ten’ which was created in 2021, this new piece will explore how nature and connection with the natural world can make us feel better.

We are working in collaboration with the New Forest National Park and artist Flick Ferdinando to create a natural structure out of local coppiced materials.  Audience members will take turns to go inside and explore, think of the structure like a cross between a bird hide and a seed pod. Once inside audiences are taken on a mesmerising journey and treated to the greatest show on earth, the natural world!

Auditions will take place on Tuesday 19th July from 10am - 1pm at The Point Theatre in Eastleigh. Following the audition we will let the successful performer know the outcome by Friday 29th July.
