Resilience Programme 2021

We asked our audiences what the theme of our work should be for 2021 and the resounding answer was ‘Resilience’. We’ll be responding directly to the mental health challenges that we’ve all faced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Throughout 2021, we’ve partnered with schools, community groups and industry professionals to get creative, develop coping mechanisms and find our voices as we build resilience coming out of the pandemic.

The workshops outlined below formed the ideas and inspiration for two professional installations (Listen Up and Take Ten) which featured at the All In The Mind Festival
in September 2021, giving a voice and a platform to our audience’s lived experiences
of mental health.

The Recovery Project

Using theatre to aid the recovery of young people’s mental health.

We’re offering practical theatre-based workshops for schools in Spring/Summer 2021 that are safe, and delivered by specialist youth practitioners.
